We have a strict quality control system. They are divided into three parts, before production, in production and after productions.
Before productions: The materials are tested fully before they enter into our materials warehouse. If there is quality problem, they will be sent back to our materials.
In productions: The materials are keep in appointed location where the temperature and moisture strictly controlled. As soon as the packages of materials is open, we use the materials up at the appointed time.If there is some left, these will be kept inside appointed locations like refrigerators or ovens.The modules should be tested 48 hours to make sure the quality is good.
After productions: The screens are tested for 3 days before it is ship out of our factory.
